Full-Scope Project Services

We maintain a consistent management system covering all stages of a project, from the initial phase through design, approval applications, construction, and commissioning. In the initial phase, we conduct feasibility studies and budget estimates. During the design phase, we handle layout planning, detailed design, and 3D modeling. At the approval stage, we obtain all necessary permits and licenses, while the construction phase involves equipment installation, electrical, and fire protection works. Throughout the execution phase, we ensure strict management of quality, safety, and procurement. Finally, we support static and dynamic testing of production equipment and GMP verification, ensuring smooth and successful project completion.

Coordination & Interface Management

We utilize integrated drawing management and clash detection with NAVISWORKS to conduct highly accurate verification from the design stage. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined using WPS and PACE (responsibility matrix), allowing us to consolidate and manage schedules across multiple suppliers. Additionally, we quickly address issues through visualized progress tracking, regular meetings, and follow-up and punch list documentation. Pre-construction simulations using 3D modeling of the facility further reduce risks and enhance quality. These comprehensive management methods increase project transparency and enable safe, efficient execution.

CMO+ refers to the offsite engineering group for international clients. RISEN’s CMO+ team participates in all stages of client projects, working daily alongside the client’s project team at their office.

Last Planner R System: After fully understanding the project’s scope, all partners record their tasks on color-coded sticky notes.   

-Based on the milestones set by the owner, other partners use the backward planning method to place each participant’s tasks on a timeline on a whiteboard, creating a visualized Collaborative Planning System (CPS). 

-All partners then execute their work according to this schedule.
