Overview of CFD

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) is a simulation technology that uses computers to analyze and predict fluid flow. By reproducing the movement of fluids such as air and liquids through numerical calculations, it makes invisible phenomena “visible.”

Building Services

In particular, in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), CFD is an indispensable technology for developing optimal equipment plans from the design stage, as it enables the prediction of airflow distribution, temperature changes, and internal flows within equipment. Issues that previously could only be identified after construction can now be verified and improved in advance.

RISEN’s Initiatives

RISEN has actively adopted CFD technology and has undertaken a wide range of projects, including airflow analysis in cleanrooms and the efficient design of dust removal and exhaust systems. This approach ensures stable performance even in environments that require high levels of cleanliness, such as precision equipment manufacturing and pharmaceutical production.

Extensive Track Record and Experience

We have successfully completed numerous simulation projects, and the accumulated know-how and track record are major strengths of RISEN. Drawing on this extensive experience, we propose optimal system designs and support the creation of spaces that combine efficiency, safety, and comfort.
