RISEN used 3D design software PDMS and PLANT3D to create 3D models and single-line diagrams of plant equipment and building systems. Prior to construction, all system models—including building structure, process production, HVAC, and plumbing—were integrated in Navisworks for clash detection, reducing the risk of schedule delays and cost overruns.

Project Overview:
Manufacturing of photosensitive photoresist materials for microelectronics. The facility consists of a three-story Class A production factory and a Class A tank area, with approximately 440 pieces of equipment and 2,900 pipes.

Scope of Services:
Basic and detailed design, process package technical support, BIM design, ISO single-line diagrams, HAZOP/LOPA analysis, SIS system design, specialized chapters on safety, occupational health, and fire protection, construction budgeting, application support, and construction management.
